High frequency Mixed-Voltage Printed circuit boards are laminated with different laminates, Its purpose is to optimize electrical performance and improve system reliability.The biggest challenge of manufacturing this kind of high-frequency printed circuit board is to match the coefficient of thermal expansion (CTE) of different materials to adapt to the manufacturing and component assembly of printed circuit board.



High Frequency PCB Materials



For high frequency PCBs such as wireless applications with data transmission frequencies above GHz, materials have special requirements:


  • A variety of dielectric constants are available

  • Effective signal transmission attenuation is low

  • Uniform structure, small tolerance of insulation thickness and dielectric constant


Huihe Circuits use high frequency materials with improved dielectric properties, which have very low loss factor, low dielectric constant, and so on. These parameters vary very little with temperature and frequency. Other properties include high vitrification transition temperature, good heat resistance, and very low hydrophilicity.


Huihe Circuits use Rogers Rogers or PTFE materials (such as DuPont's Teflon) as substrates for impedance controlled HF circuit boards. Mixed laminated structures with a variety of different material combinations are also used, such as FR4+ high frequency laminated structures.
